Service department has fraud activity going on. Dropped the car and got charged for an alignment, they gave me 1 copy showing red that it’s not fixed. Dropped it again, they said bring it back for rotation, charged me again, nothing fixed and they bent my steering wheel. Dropped it for the 3rd time and they told me to drop it at Jeep. Now I’m chasing the manager Rudy Castillo is playing games. Well trained to play around. Will dispute with my credit card and will probably contact legal action. I highly recommend this dealership! Ray Angeles and Joe Salinas worked with me personally to get me into the car I wanted and exceeded all of my expectations. The process was very easy, smooth. From the Pre-Approval process online, to me driving off the dealership in my new vehicle I received the upmost respect, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. All the staff at the dealership are very friendly and welcoming. Overall the experience was amazing!
NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE FIRST OFF, Nissan’s are supposed to be great vehicles. BUT THEY ARE NOT!!!! I have a 2015 Nissan Rogue, I had to replace the CVT transmission in it before I even finished paying the car off!!! 4500 for a new transmission in a car that gets all its scheduled maintenance. 5 years old. 5! Then the Nissan Versa that I bought for my child for college, that only has 29,000 miles and is a 2017. Needed an AC compressor. RIGHT AFTER THEIR crappy 3 year 36,000 mile warranty ran out.
