Found Balal when looking for someone to diagnose a problem with my car, needed someone to look at it as soon as possible and preferably local. After a quick chat, I dropped the car off the following week and Balal got to diagnosing the problem asap which was brilliant. The car was ready for pickup within a couple of days, problem fixed.
