I phoned Kev at Ecoserve on the evening to explain my 91 year old father was without heating as he was unable to operate/programme the thermostat/timer control. Kev was extremely helpful and understanding and priorised my father as the first call of the day. All sorted now. Thank you so much Kev, you certainly went above and beyond expectations.

When I moved into my new home I couldn't for the life of me get the boiler to play ball. I called Kevin to see if I could book a service in. He came out a couple of days later looked at the boiler explaining to me what the problem was and even took the time to show me how to use the thermostat and top up the pressure if the problem occured again. I would 100% recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them again myself.
