Did an EV charger install, great communication and quality of work
First class service, friendly, professional and competent. Yasser is a bundle of energy who instantly assessed what was required and set to work. All jobs were completed speedily and to high standards, and everything cleared away afterwards. A pleasure to deal with and highly recommended.
Zero star review. Failed to turn up at agreed date/time/location, and no communication, explanation or apology. I try to avoid unreliable people, but got it wrong this time. I am sceptical about the authenticity of every other review as they are all 5 stars. Based on my experience, I would look for an alternative electrician. 3 months later you respond! - that's a strange definition of "taking communication seriously". And now you suggest i've left the review against the wrong person! BS!
