Was looking for a stage 1 remap for my S3 and was recommended here by a friend who has had several vehicles done. Top bloke, gave me all the info I needed over the phone and was very polite. Quick and easy service, very polite and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a friendly service with someone who genuinely likes what he does. Great price and easy to find. 10/10 5 *****. Highly recommend!
Terrible customer service. The first time I visited to ask about the tune, I was ignored for ages, standing awkwardly with no acknowledgement until someone eventually bothered to speak to me. When I returned for the actual tune, the same thing happened—nobody greeted me or even said, “Won’t be a minute.” I was left standing there like an idiot while Phill and another guy chatted and moved around aimlessly.
