So shoddy! They left lots of areas uncleaned, claimed that some weren't cleanable and then weren't happy that I pointed out how dirty the car was, inside and out. I even picked up a cloth to show them that you could wipe the areas with a damp cloth! I have since contacted the company who were initially offering another wash. They haven't at l sent me the promised voucher and have emailed me back.
