Terrible experience from start to finish, no discussion regarding battery options but then told to change the inverter was £400 that's without any batteries. The install was one mess after another, they clearly don't understand housekeeping or how to use a dustpan and brush or a vacuum cleaner. Potentially dangerous electrical connection or lack of, as an earth cable was just pushed into a hole in the wall. Thermostats on the water cylinder were incorrect. Recently used ECO providers for a new heat pump, solar and insulation with the ECO4 scheme. The heat pump and solar are great - these were both done by subcontractors. The insulation and plastering less so which was done by Eco Provider installers. Their work is really rough, always cutting corners, doing the absolute bare minimum, and not caring that people actually have to live in the house once gone.
