Absolutely appalling service from eco letts. I live below a flat they manage, and the tenant above is letting their dog urinate all over the balcony, which then drips down onto my property, ruining my furniture and creating a revolting stench. Despite having photographic evidence, the agency claims the tenant doesn’t even have a dog. When I called to discuss this, someone in the background rudely questioned why I had proof, instead of addressing the actual issue.
