Eco Energy Scotland have been calling my home 5 or 6 times a day for the last 2 weeks, the phone rings a couple of times and then stops, when I managed to pick up a call all I got was a message that I had reached Eco Energy Scotland and all their operators were busy, AS IF I'D CALLED THEM! Seems like I can't get them to stop calling. Tossers

We installed solar panels and a battery through Eco Energy. The energy surveyor was very knowledgeable and provided guidance in terms of our options. The office staff walked us through the Scottish Government loan application at each step. The installation took half a day and the installers were professional and took a lot of effort to ensure wires were hidden, the house was left tidy and we understood the operation of our new system. ECO Energy were efficient and installation was completed on the day. Operatives were curteous and respected our property. Very helpful in explaining system and the app provided.

They are fraud company, their representatives gave me the false information about they are mcs registered and took the deposit from me on 28/09/22 about 1448 pounds. When I checked their registration with mcs they were not registered. I am chasing them up since 29/09/22 but they have not refunded me my deposit. Don't pay them any money there are fraud
