Have used Ecocollect over several years for collection of my green garden waste. They’re very good at responding to messages and I’ve never had any problems with my collections. I produce too much garden waste for my own compost bins and am happy that my waste is being used productively.

Paid for a fortnightly garden waste collection. The company collected my garden waste on the first week and that was the only time. On that first and only occasion, they broke the handle of the green bin. They continued to take a further two payments from my account but failed to collect my garden waste. When I contacted them to ask why, they didn't explain why they hadn't collected the waste but reimbursed me for the two weeks missed. Excellent serviced no hassle thanks.will use again.Had 20 bags of Hedge cuttings from an over hanging Hedge belonging Kelso Race course .All uplifted thankyou.
