I received my order promptly and don't have a problem with the product. A month after receiving the order, I received a bill in the mail for an additional $3.66 with a RED PAST DUE stamped in the middle of the page. I paid through PAYPAL the total due at time of check out. I order online all the time and have never received an addition bill in the mail from a company, I feel this is such a scam, the representative I spoke to (on hold for 40 minutes) blamed it on PAYPAL and there tax collection system, however before I receiv... read more
2 of the 5 parts i ordered would not fit my corvette took me hours and found out the straps were way to short.The sending unit gasket had the wrong bolt pattern total junk.
Worst parts supplier I've ever worked with. Parts ordered months ago, 1/2 the order shipped and was told the rest is on back order. waited 3 months, understanding of COVID issues and delays ... emailed for a simple status update and they just outright cancelled the order without asking, said I asked for a refund and I did no such thing, I NEEDED those damn parts to complete a restoration and they totally screwed me. they would never respond to vmails or emails except to blame ME for cancelling. horrible horrible service. sho... read more
