They are thieves and cheats. I placed an order for a starter. I needed it right away, when I tracked the order it had not been started processing at all after 3 days, so I emailed as they told me to do. I had tried to call but no one would answer. Someone emailed back two weeks later and said that I couldn't cancel my order because it was not done soon enough and they were going to go ahead and process it! Customer Service is non-existent. I ordered an ignition lock for my 55 on Sept 21. It arrived Oct. 2. I installed it and discovered that the key would not operate. I reinstalled the old lock and returned the defective part asking for a refund. I followed their return policy and used their form. I shipped at my expense and USPS tracking shows they received the item on October 12. After waiting forever for someone to return my email and I actually ordered my parts, and a month went by they finally showed it delivered but had my address all screwed up, I never got my 123.00 gaskets, they refuse to respond, fed ex said it was delivered but it wasnt, Im out 123.00 and had to order from another place. DONT BUY HERE!! no stars folks, I had to choose 1 for it to go through

If it was possible to give a less than one star, I would. After staying on hold to speak with customer service for over 2 hours, I left my number and name. A week later, no one has gotten in touch with me. I also tried the email route. It has been over 2 weeks since I sent the email and no response other than the robo response. Obviously, they do not care about their customers and don't need the business. DO NOT BUY FROM ECKLERS!!!

I ordered a product on July 20th.....have never received my product. Have call several times with no answer. emailed customer service on September 21st with no reply, again on October 18th......still no reply. DO NOT PURCHASE from these guys...........TERRIBLE!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a piece of carpet for a 73 Ford Pickup 6 months ago. When it came it was the wrong color. It took 3 months and many many hours on hold with their service department to finally get someone to send me a return label. I have been waiting for 3 months for them to credit my account and still have not gotten any satisfaction. I weekly call them to get this resolved with NO RESULTS. AGAIN do not buy from this company. Customer Service at Eckler's is completely non-responsive. I ordered a trailer hitch 7/5/21. Credit card was charged on7/6/21. Informed that it was backordered on 8/2/21 with no foreseeable date of delivery. Requested a refund. Have sent several emails and made numerous phone calls, spending hours on hold with customer service. Still have not received my refund...SEND ME MY MONEY.

Horrible customer service! Will never order from Ecklers again! Ordered two items. Received one in a timely manner. One month later, still haven't received the second item and in 4 attempts to speak with someone - or get a email response - ABSOLUTELY NO CONTACT! Emailed twice - NO RESPONSE! Called twice and was placed on hold for a total of 2 hours 38 minutes. FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO ORDER YOUR CORVETTE PART FROM OR JUST PARK IT!!! It'll be less frustrating than dealing with this company!

I would never recommend Ecklers to anyone who wants to purchase automotive parts. Ecklers used to be a good company, but apparently they have fallen under the 'leadership' of some of the most incompetent people in any industry. During the first week of September 2021 they went through a systems change and the consequences of it are perhaps enough to bury this company. I ordered a part for my car 10 days ago.
