Ecklers is a horrible company. I purchased a Power Brake booster for $240 for the restoration of a 1975 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme only to find out later that the Brake Booster does not work. Eckler sent me a bad Brake Booster. I called their customer service and told him my order number and he said it was not a valid order number even though I have a email receipt, and that the ownership of Ecklers has changed in the last year. 4/17/2023 - ECKLERS SUCKS. Do Not Do Business with these clowns. You will regret it. Read all the one star reveiws , THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF THEM, I failed to do so. They said they sent my $2200 item. I waited, checked tracking, and it said, ONLY LABEL CREATED, no product to shipper. Do Not order any parts through Ecklers. I ordered parts June 9, 2022 that were available. Six weeks later I was told they are on back order and will ship 26 Sept 2022. 28 Sept 2022 I called and they stated the parts will not be available to ship until 30 Dec, 2022; 7 months after purchase date, the day they got my money. Made 3 seperate online orders, all paid in full at time of order in 2021. In 2022 recieved 2 seperate invoices several months apart for "extra charges" which I was told on the phone were for missed tax and/or shipping? I reluctantly paid them. Now, in Sep 2022, I recieved yet another invoice for unpaid tax on an order from Dec 2021? Some bookeeping!! I will reluctantly pay this as well even though My invoices show all tax and shipping required were paid! Won't buy here again!

Don't purchase from this company. Communication with customers is terrible. You're order will either go on back order or payment cancelled. Then when they do want the payment they just take it out with no notice at all.

My husband ordered leaf springs for his 78 Nova and the install kit on 03/25/2021. We bought it at Ecklers because it said in stock. It was in fact, not in stock. Paid for install kit and 55.10 for shipping on 03/27/21. Got an email 03/31 that my shipment is delayed, ok, I get it. June I sent an email for an update. September I sent an email for an update. I ordered parts on 2 separate orders back in January. 1 of the orders payment went through other did not. They then shipped an I received all parts and a month later without notice, email call or text, they then took payment. Which now at a time trying to pay bills and other things I was left with $10 in my account. I call them to see if they cancel payment and set another date for payment they pretty much told me to piss off. I suggest to avoid this company and explore parts elsewhere.

Customer Service = 0 for internet orders. Says items are available online so I ordered to find all on back order, after I had to email them a week later to get an update. Disappointed

Not any stars at all. I ordered door panels and seat cover for my 63' Fairlane and 1 1/2 year later nothing have arrived. I asked for my money back. 2 month later nothing have happened. I think it is a strange way to do business. Find some other firm to your Fairlane parts.
