Ecklers didn't send an email receipt or receipt in package for the radiator I purchased. Who cares that I spent $500 plus dollars. Nor did they give me a return auth for the $300 radiator I returned. I spent $116 at Fedex to return radiator and Ecklers won't refund the return. Please demand emails and confirmation numbers from Ecklers, because they're becoming sketchy with their business practices.

I ordered a replacement clutch kit for my C4 Corvette. Received it in a timely manner, but the throw out bearing is already failing (60 days). Contacted customer service to see about getting a replacement for the bearing. I was told they were going to contact the manufactured and see "what we can do". That was going to take 24 to 48 hours. Guess what, no contact from Ecklers. For the last 46 minutes I have been on hold with the service contact number. Sales person was awesome, but unable to complete order due to Accounting requesting information and not providing secure link to send financial information. They would not accept my sending of the requested documents via a password protected email. Therefore my business will go elsewhere which the Accounting department seemed to be happy about.

Ordered a interior part for my C3. it's been almost a month, i call customer service and get put on hold for 45 minutes. I used the CHAT help. They tell me the part gets shipped directly from the manufacturer and the CHAT person will get back to me in 24 hours with an update. A week goes by and nothing. I finally get a real person on the phone and they tell me the part will get shipped out in 50-60 days. 50 if i'm lucky. service sucks, communication sucks. they leave you on hold for 55 mins. yes, that just happened!!! they take your money and run, and give you nothing but excuses. this company needs to be put out of business. i wouldnt reccomend my worst enemy to buy from them.

I placed an email order with Eckler Industries (2603 Challenger Tech Ct., Suite 110, Orlando FL 32826) in the amount of $108.25. Days passed without getting a confirmation email of the order being received. I then decided to call to ensure the order was, in fact, received. I received my order promptly and don't have a problem with the product. A month after receiving the order, I received a bill in the mail for an additional $3.66 with a RED PAST DUE stamped in the middle of the page. I paid through PAYPAL the total due at time of check out. I order online all the time and have never received an addition bill in the mail from a company, I feel this is such a scam, the representative I spoke to (on hold for 40 minutes) blamed it on PAYPAL and there tax collection system, however before I receiv... read more
