As renters we have had a great experience with Eccord. The team is professional and are proactive with regards to keeping the property well maintained to minimise any problems arising. Our property manager is pleasant and responsive and is always happy to deal with any problem however small. I would highly recommend the company
We have 2 properties with Eccord. They have been managing them for nearly 7 years. From finding tenants to managing the maintenance of the flats they have been brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble, we can ring them with the smallest to the biggest problem. It will get sorted. Thank you to the team but especially James who always gets the job done.

We were referred to Eccord by our accountant, and Jo and Amy proved to be an outstanding team to guide us. We relocated to London from the US and didn’t know the city at all, and with an open brief, the search was inevitably more complicated.
