Awful experience. I suffer from a severe skin condition and have shared how it’s impacting my mental health, yet it’s been impossible for the doctor to send my repeat prescription. I requested it ages ago and keep getting lied to by reception. Would you treat your kids like this?? Quick and efficient
I cannot understand how this surgery has got so bad! I have been a patient here since I was born 48yrs ago! It is near on impossible to book a face to face appointment. You are left queuing on the phone for hours and even if u press (0) for a call back like I did at 08.47 this morning… it’s now 18.27 and I have JUST been called back! I’ve been trying to get answers for an ongoing and still undiagnosed illness for 4 months! Maybe they’re waiting for me to die? One less person in the queue I suppose!
