It's the worst agency that I’ve ever rented a property. The head of operations specifically Sabrine Hart is always rude and treats any simple request related to the flat as “I’m asking for a favour” and not “I paid 6 months in advance to live here” There is no goodwill, care or sympathy!!! I regret to rent with this agency and I don't recommend it at all. Please respect your clients more and try to provide better service. Thank you.
