Emailed late evening and staff were super helpful and spoke to the specific person I was required, they then managed to see me the next day. I was able to bring baby along and were super accommodating. During the appointment Ellen was very professional and put me at ease. She explained everything and ensure that I understood before giving me exercises suited to my recovery! Thank you!

I’d been suffering with a consistent injury for around a year and had tried several different exercise plans to remedy it. Unfortunately nothing seemed to resolve the agitation. Within a few weeks of seeing Sophie my injury pain began to decrease and I can confidently say had I not seen Sophie, I think I would still be suffering with the injury a year on. Now I can continue exercise completely pain free. Overall Sophie is extremely knowledgable, friendly and welcoming!
