Very nice place with co working space and private gym
unbelievably inefficient. After paying my rent on time and supplying full payment history to the management team and several follow up calls, visits and emails still getting DMed saying I am behind my payment. ( first time I already confirmed with the receptionist that the late payment email is an error. When I received again I sent follow up emails. Have lived here for almost 6 months now, everything is good except the TERRIBLE parcel room with no system. It is almost impossible to find your parcels and I’ve had multiple lost parcels that turned up to be just underneath the messy piles of parcels. I personally had to deal with it almost everyday and it is what frustrated me the most living here. Think twice if this would bother you.
AVOID THIS PLACE! Whilst the property is very nice, the staff are abhorrent. They are superficial and only interested in charging you excessive fees upon lease termination. They also only care about "their own". If you move in, you will realise what this means.... They fail to comply with basic legal obligations and are truly not on your side. The management company can only be described as parasites.
