unbelievably inefficient. After paying my rent on time and supplying full payment history to the management team and several follow up calls, visits and emails still getting DMed saying I am behind my payment. ( first time I already confirmed with the receptionist that the late payment email is an error. When I received again I sent follow up emails. No reply. ) absolutely absurd

Amazing apartments with great facilities in the heart of Reading! I already have friends who live here and can’t wait to move here in September. We’ve recently moved into this residence, and it’s truly extraordinary. Everything is brand new, thoughtfully designed, and impeccably maintained. The common areas are amazing perfectly suited for working, relaxing, or staying active. The fitness classes offered are a great bonus and truly appreciated. I recently used co-working spaces at Ebb & Flow, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. From start to finish, the representative; Veronique was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. The apartments are beautiful and it has a great indoor gym and beautiful terraces. Highly Recommend!
