We have been looking for solar for couple of years and we were not sure about solar and cost etc, recently we were looking and contacted EB solar from start to finish it’s awesome service. Right from design with Kevin and Chris doing all Install and paperwork and Lee doing site visits during install. Before we found EB Solar I hated my panels and wanted to rip them off my roof, now I can honestly say I love having them. We bought the house 10 yearsago with the panels already installed. We were experiencinga new leak every 18 months aroundthe panels. The damage was becoming extensivein the loft. I had trouble finding roofers who wanted to take on the work. We had our solar and batteries over a year ago and were initially very pleased. The system was costly. We have rung and emailed on possibly 10 occasions and had a limited response and no resolution to our issues which means we are not getting the full benefit of our system Very disappointed Updated. It's in my partners name so I won't be emailing as he has rung and emailed . It’s taken me a while to get round to writing this but I had my solar panels and battery installed by EB solar last September and had a great experience. Every thing was completed to an excellent standard even with me floating about asking 100’s of questions. I’m already thinking about a second battery and wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again when the time comes.
