Terrible experience. Turned up at 09.30 to take a car out.. No-one there so left a voicemail and no-one called me back, so I turned up again …the vehicle was crammed in with others but I was told a test drive was possible once they’d got the car out from being trapped in by so many other vehicles. The guy was unfriendly & frosty who took me out on the test drive , and then to my amazement got stroppy with me about turning around as we set off as he had forgotten a trade plate.. and also because he had to put fuel in the car... read more
