RecommendedI've been living at Eaves Woodland Hills for 3 almost 4 years. I love my apartment. I love my neighbors. I love the staff, I love this community. It's very quiet. I would recommend these apartments for anyone who likes peace, who likes feeling safe, considerate neighbors, families who have children. It's a good place to live. The supermarket and malls are in walking distance. If you know anything about LA NOTHING is in walking distance, especially not in the Valley.

RecommendedI want to thank Feliks who is the Tech that takes care of the issues in our apartment. He is a professional man and very eager to handle the issues in the right way. He is very kind and he tries to overcome the issues in a timely manner. I really recommend him to all neighbors and be sure he will take care of it quickly.

RecommendedJust wanted to thank Felix and Carl for replacing the floor in my closet with no charge. Their was a small rip in it when I moved in and something in my closet got caught on it and tore it a lot more. They replaced it no problem at all in 20-30 mins. Thanks so much!! Maintenance staff always friendly and on top of their work
