I had an emergency with a washing machine. I had a phone number in e-mail signature so I dialled it and said that I have an emergency. They told me that I have to use another number. I dialled a number that they gave me. Then I had to listen to an automatic voice then their representative asked about my first name, last name, full address (we have common laundry for the whole building so just information about building number should be enough).
