Feliks was awesome! He came by after hours without us asking to make sure our issues were taken care of � above and beyond service and was very friendly the entire time!

RecommendedScale of 0-10? This apartment community is a 10. Front Desk staff (Angelica Vergara is exceptional) always quick to respond. Maintenance (Feliks and Enrique are great) also very responsive. Very "walkable" neighborhood. Restaurants, shopping, community park, banking -- fantastic. When I moved in, I was greeted by helpful neighbors. Landscaping and pools, basketball court, tennis courts -- and my serene view outside my patio are the perfect "away space" after work. Security?
