Avoid this company at all costs. They send out invoices for services that are never completed or never have been. When emailing you have to email 3/4 times before a reply. Actually quite sad that people can be like this and sleep at night. Making a family feel quite ill and sleepless nights over the stress and money they are taking.
Our developer landed us with these clowns - apart from the fact that they are over 2 hours drive away ( so never seen on site) they are unqualified, unskilled, arrogant and even where proven to be charging for services / maintenance on equipment which doesn’t actually exist - are in denial - I speak from 30 years experience managing millions of £ real estate - whilst we are liable for their inflated fees, they appear to be confused who’s interests they think they should be acting - I do however think this is a more general m... read more
Terrible company, they have invoiced me for a bill I have already paid and threatening to charge interest on this sum. Recommend you avoid
