My experience with Eaton Square Flooring was utterly disappointing. When I reported a hole in the carpet, they denied all accountability and shamelessly shifted the blame onto me. To add insult to injury, Jonathan, the representative I dealt with, was incredibly rude over the phone and failed to handle my case with the professionalism it deserved. I have worked with Alex really closely to create a bespoke rug for me. He was really attentive and patient and ensured the product was to the highest quality. He always kept me informed of progress and I was thrilled with the end result.
