Unfortunately this morning, i received flowers for my partners birthday, which was not in satisfactory condition. My partners balloon blew in a few hours, which is not the businesses fault??, manufacturing malfunctions i assume. I phoned within an hour of delivery to report about wilted flowers and they did not represent the money I paid for the bouquet. I was not expecting to be made to feel like I was in the wrong for expressing my concerns, considering the money I spent on flowers. I had no apology or any reimbursement to... read more
