Very happy with the service. The installation was very efficient. The person who installed the lift was excellent. He did a very good job and explained everything very well. I highly recommend Easystep Stairlifts.

This company was recommended by a friend. Mark was very good , helpful , answered all my questions.was told I would receive a quote by the end of the day , it took about 40 mins I think. The next week I had the stairlift fitted, very pleased with the service from start to finish , would definitely recommend . I also liked that the person who came to measure was the same person that fitted it.Very pleased cannot fault the company

An excellent service from 1st contact to installation, very straightforward, extremely competitive and no minimum term. The DIY survey tool saves days and is easy to use. Sally sorts the paperwork and then Will turns up, does a very neat fuss free build and then gives a patient, comprehensive introduction. Can't fault anything. Pretty rare these days.

I cannot recommend Easystep Stairlifts highly enough! From initial contact, through site survey, decision making and installation they have been superb. Every 'step' of the way has been professional, proficient, courteous and also fantastic value for money. My father's life has been made so much easier and if you are looking for a reputable company, look no further!

Excellent service throughout, the process of getting a quote is very easy and installation was quick and smooth. Stair lift itself is in great condition. Sally from sales team was a delight to coordinate with, also Luke (engineer) arrived on time and installed the lift within an hour and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you EasyStep Stairlifts, you are best in the business!!!
