Easymove were very good value for money. They arrived on time, did an excellent job packing our fragile items, and got everything moved safely and efficiently. The team were friendly and helpful and collected the empty boxes promptly when asked.

This is the first time I've ever felt the need to write a complaint. Your driver and another member of staff had literally parked right in the middle of the road, blocking anyone from coming in and out of that road. I waited patiently to see if they would move, but they looked at me and just carried on doing what they were doing. The absolute least they could've done, is explain that they were going to be a LOT longer (another 3/4 hours they said), instead of just letting me wait there.
