Very disappointing. Arranged appt to cut grass in gardens - just did not turn up. No reply to message / call. When finally got hold of him he promised to call back after looking at diary. Heard nothing. Unreliable and unprofessional.

Came out on a Sunday, replaced fence panels, removing the old ones and general garden tidy front and back. Very satisfied they did a great job. Will definitely use again. Chris

Employed Danny to do a garden clearance pending further work once the house renovation was completed. Paid him £180 up front as we weren't actually living at the property whilst the builders were in. He did c.3 hours work with the promise of coming back to do the rest. Left two bulk bags full of garden rubbish, hasn't responded to a number of requests to come and complete the work and collect the bags which we have now had to dispose of with some difficulty. As I had to leave home, a garden tidy up was paid for in full in July at, at the start of the day, on the promise that it would be finished by the time I got back to the property. When I returned it was less than half done, and garden rubbish bags left in the driveway. Repeated texts and unanswered calls later I posted on Facebook and got an immediate call, apologising and promising a partial refund and rubbish removal by the Friday, to which I agreed.
