Personally, never had a problem, very easy to book a phone appointment with follow up face to face if necessary. Receptionists always helpful and sort out problems if they can, always polite.
Useless, avoid! Never want to take ownership of any referral queries, just send you on a wild goose chase, never give you a choice of where you want to go and just constantly palm you off.
Really sad to have had to leave a poor review but the system here is broken. I can only assume they have too many patients. Reception team are always wonderful and caring but their hands are tied. Been trying to book an appointment for weeks but repeatedly told to call back the next day. Ended up at NEMS platform one and have now moved surgery.
