lovely small home to work for. Been here for 10 months now
Eastwood House - Non of us will admit to wanting to place family members into care however it may come to the point where the extra/professional help is needed and that is exactly the service provided here. The staff through out are professional whilst retaining the feeling of family to help our loved ones feel at home. Excellent residential home! Activities leader is fantastic for all residents and goes above and beyond for them all. Staff are hard working individuals and our Home Manager has many years experience in care and is excellent in her role. All residents are cared for well and are happy in the home!
Started working here about 2 months ago as one of the housekeepers, absolutely love it here. Has a nice close family feel to it, staff are lovely and are easy to get along with, the care they provide for the residents goes above and beyond. The manager is down to earth and you can talk to her about any of your worries or concerns on a level that I’ve never experienced before. The residents are well looked after and are all very happy.
After coming to work at Eastwood House I can honestly say it's the most homely and friendly care home I have worked in. Staff work together to achieve the best outcomes for the people who live at Eastwood House. Providers are very passionate and attentive towards the staff, residents and family's of the home. An all round nice place to be.
