Basically: 1) only "manage" a property for a landlord 2) show you as renter, the property 3) collect the first month rent and deposit 4) provide you with keys of the property Didn't protect my deposit within 30 days of me moving in, not all keys were provided. Any issues we had to deal with a landlord, who had absolutely no clue how to be a landlord 🤬
