Visited Saturday 5/20/17.Viewed My Cousin Kedrick Pryor. Everything was really nice. The only problem I had was: When we entered tha building no one greeted us. There were staff standing as we walked in. My mom walked up to tha desk an ask tha guy, we didn't know what room Kedrick was in. I understand other families were inside. We stayed maybe 20 minutes, my grandma couldn't stand long, BUT SHE COULDN'T SIT EITHER DUE TO NO CHAIRS. I HAD TO ASKED THA STAFF FOR A CHAIR. Don't understand why no chairs were not available. They are very professional with the way they handled their service I will always recommend them they did a great job for my family.
The staff was wonderful from start to finish for arrangements for my beautiful mom. They seen how upset I was but they didn't rush me to get started on picking anything. Everything was done with dignity.
