Sadly a very poor experience. Glen was rarely available and 2 of his staff were very rude and condescending in his absence. We were given poor advice during our purchase which is costing us dearly. Be super careful if you choose Eastons but I'd suggest elsewhere
I cannot praise the team enough. During our difficult time of having to move our 86 year old dad out of his retirement village flat because mum was moved to a care home, the Easton team came in, packed everything and completed dads move. Eastons provided a great service from start through to completion. The team were very good at keeping things moving with the chain, and I felt a valued customer. Definitely recommend.
What a superb team with excellent local knowledge. They gave good advice from the outset and I quite literally left the sale of my property entirely to Eastons. From there on I had next to no involvement as they dealt with everything professionally and without fuss. I was kept fully up to date at every stage and my property was sold in record time. It is worth mentioning that the office also has a lovely friendly atmosphere, with every single member being an absolute delight to deal with. That speaks volumes!
I cannot rate Glenn and his removal team enough! Not only has Glenn been my estate agent, he has become a very good friend over the years. He goes above and beyond to help his clients. I hold him in great esteem and would not hesitate to approach him should I decide to move again.
