Today I came to my appointment with my three-month-old baby, which was scheduled for 3:00 pm. Despite having a confirmed appointment time, I had to wait almost 50 minutes while holding my baby. Adult patients were being called in before me, and it was completely unclear how the schedule and appointments were being managed. The irresponsible behaviour and code of conduct has come to the point that now the A&E has urged them to look at my child and make sure that she is ok because yesterday when I called they didn’t take seriously and operator was complete nonsense thats why I had to take her to A&E.
