Extremely rude staff who consistently undermine tenants and make you feel like renters have no right to voice concerns. Landlords should steer clear of this estate agent, as they are dishonest and create unnecessary issues for tenants. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone—even my worst enemy. I had to take legal action to resolve the situation. Avoid them at all costs!
Strange to see a good feedback for this agency. Probably asked their mates to fill something in to impersonate good ratings. Horrible experience as a landlord. Under their watch tenants managed to turn loft onto cannabis plantation! Steer away from this bunch if you value your property.
