My son retrieved an injured pidgin when holidaying, distressed and concerned we tuck it to the closest veterinary. We was greeted by a stearned faced Hayley Devaney(vet) and was told because no one would pay for the birds surgerys that they would have to put the bird down. My son, an animal lover was very teary as he handed over the bird. I was then disgusted to hear that Hayley Devaney had asked my partner if my son had learning difficulties because he was crying.
