Recently we had to put our 16 year old dog Dexter down. They treated us very well and gave us our time and space in a very rough and sad time for our family.
I honestly cannot say enough positive things about EIVSC and all of the staff there. My kitty has been there for 5 days now and the staff has been nothing short of amazing. Their compassion, knowledge and communication has far exceeded my expectations and has helped make a terrible situation bearable. I have complete faith in each of these Doctor’s abilities and talents. They are worth the drive, wherever you’re from, to save your baby. When they say they work 24/7, they mean it.
Do not take your pet here.
Good staff, caring and compassionate. Definitely a plus being 24 hour. Not sure what the results could have been if we didn’t have anywhere close to go, but glad we didn’t have to find out. Thanks for being there for all of the little critters us humans love and cherish.

And I wasn’t for sure what to do so when I called the hospital They were absolutely fantastic very helpful over the phone before I headed to the hospital and called them on the way and they were ready for her when she got there they were right on top of everything and so helpful. EIVSC is amazing. They saved my cats life this week after he wouldn’t eat for five days and have been so helpful in helping me understand his IBD diagnosis and how to manage it. They were excellent in the past when I’ve taken pets there too. I highly recommend utilizing them for your ER or specialty vet needs. Thank you especially to Dr. Roa but also to all of the vets and staff for getting my Walter stabilized and on the path to recovery!
