They are amazing! We thought we were loosing our fur baby after being told by 2 vets his kidneys were failing. They sent us to EIVSC to see a specialist and they saved his life! He had to be hospitalized for 3 days and they didn’t give up on him. He was diagnosed with Addison’s disease. Thank you to the amazing staff our Oliver is home and back to himself. ❤️ We are so grateful for you! 🙏🏻

Horrible experience not very friendly and don’t seem very caring and over priced
I brought my dog here that was in labor, with the hope that they would treat my family member with respect and urgency seeing as how she was in distress. I experienced the opposite of that. The front desk staff was very rude in answering my phone calls and questions. My pet was in distress, and they admitted to taking longer than then what was promised to take care of her. I absolutely have no doubt we would have lost Stormin Norman our Rottweiler had it not been for the amazing Vet and staff that took care of our Guy! Huge shout out for getting Normie on the right track and being so caring to him / us . We will be forever grateful ♥️
We have brought our cat here many times for a chronic condition. I have worried that I might have to do this during the Covid crisis knowing we would have to wait in our car. Tonight we had to bring him out to see them. From the very beginning to the end, they were amazing! Everything about the process was perfect. I have always had a great experience and highly recommended them.
They are thoughtful, caring, knowledgeable and compassionate. I’ve had to have them help my fur kids in emergencies and also in crossing the rainbow bridge. I never hesitate bringing my “family” here.
I took my foster puppy Meeka in late last Saturday night because she was wheezing and vomiting. Dr Shamrock and her crew were nothing but lovely to me! From the initial consultation call to the actual visit, every staff member that I interacted with was so sweet, reassuring, and knowledgeable! I would definitely use them again.
