I had to bring my dog here and Dr. Amie Roberts was fabulous! She explained everything so well and made sure we knew what was going on. She always kept us up to date and I knew she sincerely cared.
They were so nice and took excellent care of my boxer boy Steve. he was super sick. I'm so thankful for them.
I brought my dog to this place at 1:30 am, because she had a cyst that burst on her upper chest. Drove 45 minutes for them to refuse to see her because I didn't have any money. They told me that there is a credit card I could apply for and if approved they would see her. It is disgusting how this "veterinarian" has no compassion for a dying animal.
They diagnosed a yeast infection on my chocolate lab and gave medicine to treat it. When that’s cleared up she goes back for allergy tests to see everything she is allergic to. They have a good game plan.
The staff here are so amazing! They truly are there for you and your pet. They made sure to go over every step with me, while ensuring my pup was receiving the treatment she needed. They were kind and reassuring. They also keep you well informed. I was also able to call for an update at any hour of the day while my pup was in the ICU. If you are in need of emergency treatment for your animal I highly recommend them!
Emergency care in the worst possible circumstances,
This staff was incredibly professional and compassionate today as we had to make the worst decision of putting our dog to sleep. Dr McCormick was kind, and very informative as we went through this tragic process. We’re grateful for their care and highly recommend them.
