The house that I live in is disgusting, there’s is a rat infestation, pest infestation and spider infestation , no cleaner has come in weeks, multiple tenants have emailed about the issue and the response from the agency has been if we don’t like it we should leave , they are withholding the landlords contact information. Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. Broken bed, black mould, fishy smell, broken fire alarm which took months to be (poorly) addressed, even sex work. Shocking
I have no hesitation in giving Vito a 5-star rating. He did an exceptional job, and within just a few days, I was able to complete the process and move into my new apartment.
