Last week I went to your surgery but there was a rude gentleman (Sandeep) at the reception whatever I ask this rude gentleman, he answers very badly and talks with a bad look, This rude man didn't seem like a normal person this day. His unusual behavior was evident on his face. which makes me feel very uncomfortable day and insults me. With such a rude gentleman at the reception, good feedback will never come. The reception staff go above and beyond to assist with requests. They are kind, compassionate and professional. They also have amazing GP's at this practice; Dr Sulaiman, Dr Annochie and Dr Basu. Knocked off a few stars as the waiting time is ridiculous for when you have a pre booked appointment. 20 mins is reasonable, however having to wait 40 mins + is unacceptable.
