What can I say?? I have been going to this practice for over 10 years and that should say enough. Anyway, a warm welcome by Julianna, as always, as soon as I entered the premises. Waiting time was minimal. Dr Shafali and her wonderful dental assistant, Ana are friendly and always make me feel relaxed before I even get into the chair! Historically (from another dentist, 20 to 30 years ago) I had extensive (and possibly unnecessary) amalgam fillings. Hence the reason why I occasionally require corrective dental work. Very bad communication,the doctor and her assistant they are very good ,but receptionist and manager they are very rude and rasist
After many many years of not visiting a dentist! Eastbury dentist was recommended to me ! At my first appointment I was made to feel at ease,& after 4 more appointments I came away more confident & with a smile! So I would deffinatley recommended my dentist ! It has been many years since I visited a dentist. After experiencing a few problems recently, I decided that it was time to bite the bullet and make an appointment. I have been very impressed with the staff and the premises at Eastbury Dental Practice. I returned today to have my first treatment and was delighted with how everything went. Dr Nehal Patel put me at my ease and the treatments went really well. Thank you!
I cannot speak highly enough of this practise. I suffer extreme anxiety about going to the dentist but Shefali Pandit has been absolutely amazing. Her calm, kind, and friendly manner along with her great sense of humour has made it all a little less scary. So glad I found this practise. Absolutely everyone that works there are really friendly and helpful.
