My son lived in the Nicu for 3 months after he was born, his doctor, her name was Kyle treated myself, my family, and the nurses like we were all idiots. Nurses were fantastic. They are the reason he is fine. Since he has been home. Doctors have been great. BUT we had to pull a stitch out ourselves tonight they failed to pull out after his most recent surgery.
I can't say enough good things about ETCH. They've taken care of both my boys when they were at their worst. Excellent care, the staff is so good with the children and so thoughtful of the parents. Thank you so much to all of you, doctors, nurses, staff and volunteers! We are so lucky in Knoxville to have such a great children's hospital!
East Tennessee Children's Hospital has been so good to my daughter and has taken very good care of her!! We've been here a lot and she regularly has appointments here with neurology, Dr Harris and urology, Dr Angel. I absolutely love these Drs and like I said everyone has been so good to her. I've not had a bad experience here yet and hopefully never will. I'm pleased!!!
We didn't know how sick the twins were until we got there. They admitted them to the NICU and loved and cared for them as if they were their own. We will forever be indebted to the nurses and doctors at ETCH!
The staff at Children's was amazing with our daughter today! We are blessed to have such an amazing hospital in our community!

My family and I have nothing but good things to say about ETCH! My grand daughter was diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia on September 2 and since then we have spent most of September in the hospital. The doctors and nurses are wonderful!!!
I can't put into words how wonderful this hospital is. My 10 year old daughter had to have her appendix out and the doctors, nurses and staff at children's hospital made this scary experience not only bearable, but also enjoyable. I could never thank these folks enough for everything they've done.
