When it comes to your kids and their health it's easy to be super critical. We can say that we have been well please with each staff member and the effort that's went into caring for our daughter. Every person we deal with has been so pleasant. We are very glad that our daughter was sent here.
I am not happy with this place. The first doctor didn't know anything. Didn't take the time to even look at her and try to diagnose her. Now the 2 Doctor I knew from Children's hospital of WI and he did great. Some of the nurses sucked and the discharge nurse sucked looked down and really had that attitude toward u. I will not be going back to this hospital. I will not recommend it to anyone.

I've been bringing kids here for 11 years. The doctors and nurses have always been awesome when we needed them. The whole staff goes above and beyond.
How many Sickle Cell warriors have to die before doctors start listening/believing us about our bodies and our symptoms, especially our pain?
This past week we have been at children's hospital twice. My son has had a spontaneous pneumothorax twice this week and now he has to have surgery. The staff is wonderful. Especially Cody, Candace, Dr's Vaghn and Dr Matt and many more that I don't know their names. they truly care about children here and getting them better.
An absolutely appalling organization to be involved with as an employee. It is small, so there is little accountability to keep the cliques and circus of drama and back-stabbing in check. With larger organizations like Covenant there are several layers of accountability to keep the shenanigans under control; not so here. We have spent some time at etch over the last few years, 5 procedures/surgeries to be exact. Etch is great! Professional, kind, great communicators, skilled medical staff! Thank you for taking great care of our daughter and us too!
