The emergency room is a total joke!!! I wish we had better care for children in Knoxville! Their ER needs some serious changes!
Have had wonderful experiences over last many years with my niece Kati being treated by Endocrinology. She has had surgeries and several appointments and always been treated well. As a healthcare provider myself -I can say that I love the new office at Endocrinology. Especially love the automated check-in. It makes the process flow better without appearing to sacrifice staff.
My daughter was seen with burns yesterday. She burned herself with a curling wand. The doctors and nurses were wonderful with her. The poor nurse was shaking so bad not wanting to hurt my sweet girl. I love the care they took with her and my daughter did great. Thankful and blessed! Nurse Lori P in ER WAS GREAT!
I brought my son to the er yesterday evening. We didn't wait long to be seen. Once we got back to a room and the Dr came in I told her the problem with him and she didn't listen to anything I said. The things she said was going on with him was completely off. I won't bring him back there.
