Recommendedmy son stayed here on 4th floor and the nurse he had was awesome lori Beth malcolm and joe just to name the ones he got attached to and one nurse I didnt get her name srry for that but they are friendly and helpful thank u and dr Vaughn for helping my child in a difficult time

RecommendedIn both experiences I’ve had with ETCH, I’ve found them to be extremely professional and compassionate. Our last stay was 2 days, and I was so impressed with how comfortable the rooms are and how many services are offered to keep the kids’ spirits up. The staff was kind and all the volunteers were as well. We are so fortunate to have this resource in our community!

RecommendedThe staff was absolutely amazing. So polite, kind, and caring. Wait time was very reasonable and even fit my son in the same day because he was sick. My 2 year old loved them! I have never had such a wonderful experience at a doctors office. Highly recommend!
Recommendedprofessional and very customer friendly
My child’s been bleeding for over two hours from a wound.....they told me that his vitals were good and bleeding is ok. Best part about it is.....he’s not even had vitals! I’ve never had this experience and I’m not happy!.. as I look around the er waiting room we are waiting with stomach virus And ear infections it’s amazing to me that with a head wound like my son has the only thing they can say it’s oh the head bleeds . Blood is running down my child’s face and is no big deal
