Cannot get an appointment!!! After waiting a month had a 15min appointment and was told to book another appointment as they didn’t have time to discuss all of my issues!!! Been waiting a further 2 weeks and no appointments or help. Waste of time and disappointing as I wouldn’t even bother going to the doctors unless I was desperate!

I am not 100% sure how East Shore score so high on reviews. When you can actually get to talk to a doctor the whole thing feels rushed and that is only if they seem it fit for you to actually be able to get a doctors call. The E consult is next to useless. I don't think that I have been able to see a doctor for as long as I can remember that it turned up my doctor had left. If at some point I get to see a doctor I might change my opinion.
Worst doctors ever completely incompetent people
Meds review with GP and follow up with Pharmacy Team. No problems and medication now sorted. All members of team were professional and made to feel at ease.
