Not often I visit the Doctor, phoned twice in the past 2 days for something that DOES require review, receptionist huffing and puffing like I was inconveniencing her! Offered an appointment on Monday or call back first thing in the morning, for something that needs urgent review, Seriously? Think NHS should listen to their recordings. Always manage to get an appointment or seen by a nurse
Can't even get ahold of them there's no email the one one letter says invalid will I be able to show the proff and evidence? Most likely not ! Not everyone has credit every moment of the day
Having had to use GPs in Crewe, when we moved back to Arbroath, we had to sign up the Springfield East and I couldn't be more grateful! I have had a serious undiagnosed medical condition that was only found after my very first visit to Springfield East. I had been suffering for years with any help from the English equivalent. Lovely people, very helpful, and I thank you all so very much.
So far I've had great service and polite response from the receptionists. Reading the reviews, K33 gave one star and complained bitterly. But K33's other reviews are all one star, complaining about the cannabis they bought in Amsterdam, so possibly suffering from paranoia. Well done Springfield East on having to deal with sometimes awkward "customers" .
